Resident Care Coordinator (LPN/RN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care Spring Oak Tri Cities | Petersburg, VA Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year Spring Oak Tri Cities is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator. Our Petersburg campus has two buildings: one for assisted living and one for memory care. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate resident care and support the care team across both buildings. We are looking for a nurse who can guide staff, support strong clinical practices, and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
