Job Responsibilities Lead and coach the team to manage and supervise daily Business Development operations, establish SOPs, Work Instructions, and drive operational excellence. Provide fast, comprehensive, competitive and accurate quotations to customers. Build cross-functional partnerships with BD and other departments to identify improvement opportunities according to business needs. Understand customer needs via early business involvement or RFQ, focusing on customer solutions but not just part numbers. Act as first level escalation for all commercial related issues and provide solutions for exceptional cases.
