About this role

Job Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle management of international commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising customer contracts, supplier agreements, service agreements, NDAs, logistics contracts, and other commercial arrangements. Provide legal advice and practical support to cross-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas regarding commercial, contractual, and compliance-related matters.
