Job Description The Sr. Product Manager, Operations & Automation is a data-driven product manager with proven digital experience to drive our Customer Care and Offers, Monetization, and Configuration Systems automation initiatives. Working under the direction of the Director, Product, this role will be responsible for execution and optimization of our automation systems, workflows, and overall personalization experiences. Specifically this includes customer response processing, and refining the new user offers backend systems.
