About this role

Who we are looking for? We are seeking a technically strong operations professional to translate the future-state service into clear requirements, partner with FRS through development, lead rigorous testing, and support the solution in production. This is not a testing coordinator role. The successful candidate will understand the end-to-end workflow, challenge the design, create and execute tests, use automation and AI where practical, diagnose failures, and remain accountable for technology-enabled service delivery after launch.
