Patient Service Representative - Taylor Mill Primary Care

Job Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Job Summary: Reports to the Practice Manager or Team Leader, the Patient Service Representative II is primarily responsible for collection of accurate demographic and insurance information from patients to facilitate a successful patient revenue cycle. Based on the operations of the practice, this position may be responsible for a variety of duties, including collecting and handling payments, providing customer service, answering phones, entering accurate and thorough data into EMR, test scheduling, referral processing, and other duties as assigned.
