Job Description Summary As a global leader in life sciences research support, STEMCELL Technologies is continuing to drive innovation in the biotechnology space. We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our legal team! In this role you will help ensure that all contracts that STEMCELL enters into comply with applicable policies, regulations, and laws, while simultaneously protecting the company from risk. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements with key stakeholders and working closely with the legal team to create legally sound contracts that support our evolving business objectives.…
