About this role
St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team. The hours for this position are flexible, with a schedule of four hours per day, Monday through Friday. The position is generally not expected to work nights or weekends except for possible snow removal. Specific responsibilities: Perform numerous maintenance tasks throughout the campus, such as daily work orders, repairs, and modifications. Perform various masonry tasks and repairs. Repair broken windows and install new window components. Perform various carpentry tasks. Assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Assist with snow removal and participate in the on-call program. Perform additional duties as assigned.…
