Accounts Payable Specialist

Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist in our Boise or Portland office. This position exists to provide accounts payable support to the Accounting Department. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Accounts Payable Duties a. Emburse Enterprise Monitors all firm’s expenses and invoices for coding accuracy and proper back-up documentation in accordance with the firm’s policy. Sets up new users and responds to troubleshooting and coding inquiries regarding same. b.
