About this role

Stoel Rives LLP has an immediate opening for an Attorney Recruiting Manager in either our Portland or Seattle office. The Attorney Recruiting Manager oversees lateral associate recruiting for all practice groups and supports elements of the lateral partner recruiting process. The position works closely with firm leadership including the Chief Talent and Recruiting Officer, Practice Group Leaders, Practice Group Directors, and Office Administrators. The position reports to the Chief Talent and Recruiting Officer and supervises one Attorney Recruiting Coordinator. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the full-cycle lateral associate recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates, extending offers, and onboarding.…
