About The Role The OTC Sales Manager will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management. You will pitch our liquidity solutions, onboard institutional clients, and structure large-volume stablecoin trades. Working closely with our trading desk, compliance teams, and legal experts, you will ensure seamless execution and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Your success will directly impact our trading volume, revenue growth, and market penetration in the digital asset space. What Will You Do Drive Business Development: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle to expand our institutional footprint and market presence.
