About the Role As an Associate - Operations, you will manage complex operational workflows across corporate treasury, swap routing, and high-value disbursements. You will work with growing independence to troubleshoot operational discrepancies, maintain core processes and SOPs, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. What You Will Do Execute complex corporate treasury, market-making, high-value disbursement, and swap-routing workflows within defined SLA timelines. Investigate and troubleshoot ledger mismatches, network delays, banking breaks, and other operational discrepancies independently.…
