Performance Creative Strategist

About this role
We're looking for a performance creative strategist who concepts, scripts, and shoots their own content, then reads the data to make the next one win. You'll be on camera, behind the camera, and in the dashboard. 3–5 short-form videos a week, 2–3 personas owned end-to-end, and a fast loop between what you shot and what you shoot next.
This is not a briefing role. You are the maker. You'll work alongside our lead strategist and grow into a senior creator-strategist role as your concepts scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You own the full creative loop: customer psychology → format research → concept → script → shoot → edit → performance read → next iteration. You'll appear on camera, write your own scripts, cut your own UGC, and report on what worked.…
