Svitzer is looking for a Deckhand / Launch Coxswain to join our Fawley operation, working in one of the UK’s largest and most strategically important oil terminals and supporting critical towage and launch operations. This is not a passive role. Working at Fawley demands reliability, awareness, adaptability, and pride in doing the job properly. You’ll live onboard (or on the barge) during your working period, take responsibility for the vessel, and be part of a small crew where standards, safety, and teamwork matter.
