About this role

General Area of Responsibility The Technical Analyst will be responsible for the control and management of defects reports sent by the vessel and the initial assignment of the work to the Vesel Superintendents and supervisors, according to the priorities of the department. Specific Area of Responsibility: The main tasks will be: · Report the changes in the control of defect reports to the Technical and M&R Superintendents. · Verify that all Defect Reports are addressed properly in the right component of the Tree Structure in SERTICA. · Support shore staff and crews with procedures related to Sertica. · Prepare training material to share with crew and shore staff on the main activities in Sertica like create Defect Reports, RQ, Good Received to RQ, update counters, etc.…
