About this role
RMA Supervisor Shift Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM. Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends. Leads the day-to-day operations of the Returns (RMA) Department to achieve productivity, receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy goals while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day RMA and warehouse operations. Execute and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard work instructions. Drive productivity and accuracy across receiving, shipping, inventory control, and returns processing. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies. Manage non-compliant returns and execute appropriate resolutions. Lead employee onboarding, training, coaching, and development.…
