Procurement Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage daily procurement and purchasing activities, develop supplier relationships, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of procurement experience , strong negotiation and coordination skills, and be fluent in both Chinese and Arabic . Knowledge of English and familiarity with the Saudi supplier market will be considered an advantage.
