About this role

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Installs, assembles, maintains, and aligns high-speed switching devices, large power transformers, high voltage and low voltage switchgear, motors, and associated equipment. 2. Performs routine diagnostic testing and utilizes standard test equipment, analyzing and interpreting results. 3. Works from hanging scaffolds, spiders, or similar support devices at any height. Operates and works from aerial devices such as: bucket or platform trucks and various hydraulic telescoping man-lifts up to 175' height rating. 4. Under close supervision (foreman is in close proximity and able to fully view work being performed), performs work using approved rubber glove and sleeve methods on energized conductors and buses above 600 volts. 5.…
