Talen Energy is seeking a Plant Manager for our Waterford Energy Center. The Waterford Energy Center is a 880 MW, 3-unit, natural gas-fired facility located in Waterford, OH. The CCGT consists of 3 gas turbines and 1 steam turbine. Position Summary Provide overall leadership and direction to all plant personnel and outside personnel to maximize the value of the generation asset. Drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance to achieve corporate objectives and to maximize the profitability of the generating asset.
