About this role
The maintenance first line supervisor is the individual responsible for supervision of instrumentation and control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance activities. Lead the Nuclear Maintenance Planning and Procedures group to ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant execution of all planning activities. Provide strategic oversight of mechanical, electrical, I&C, and modification planning, including preventive maintenance coordination and procedure development. Participate in scheduling and field implementation processes to ensure planning strategies are practical and efficient. Make long-range planning and organizational decisions to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.…
