About this role
Job Summary: This position performs basic repairs, defect inspections, re-roll operations, and material handling to ensure product quality and timely shipment. Repair I Associate is also responsible for operating the cut table safely and efficiently while producing accurate cuts to meet production schedules and customer requirements. This role works closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse Teams to maintain productivity, safety, and operational excellence. 1st Shift: Key Responsibilities: Safely operate the cut table and follow all operating procedures. Produce accurate cuts according to production schedules and shipping deadlines. Perform basic repairs and inspect products for defects requiring repair or remake. Process re-rolls from production and warehouse inventory.…
