POSITION OVERVIEW: The Industrial Paint Lead is a production position which is also responsible for assisting the area supervisor in maintaining all functions affecting shop safety, quality, production, budget, and schedule related to industrial painting operations. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads or assists supervisor in paint activities in accordance with facility compliance as well as applicable federal and state health, safety and environmental law, regulations, and standards. Surface preparation & protective coating applications on above ground piping; steel structures; and other related appurtenances. Operate & maintain various blasting, spraying, & other equipment.…
