POSITION OVERVIEW: The Process Improvement Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing efficiency, quality, and productivity within our business processes. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes. Assemble, create and maintain detailed process maps. Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes. Use data analysis to identify trends and patterns. Build cross-functional teams to address end-to-end comprehensive analyses to ensure any potential upstream/downstream impacts are accounted for. Develop TAS process-map standard.
