Work Setup & Shift Schedule: Midshift / Nightshift (Flexible); Hybrid (3 days onsite) Work Location: Taguig Qualifications: Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s or Advanced studies in HR. Good understanding of HR technology and systems, Metrics. Must have strong background with Employee Relations, HRBP, Total Rewards Total years of industry experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience of which at least 15 years in strategic HR or HRBP roles. Preferred candidate will be from GCC organization. International experience with US companies/clients is a plus. Should have experience in working across Global Matrix.
