About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost planning, procurement, and financial control of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in large-scale residential complexes and/or warehouses. Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting Prepare preliminary cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed budgets on all design stages. Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents. Advise on cost-efficient materials and construction methods. Effective budget tracking to ensure projects stay within financial constraints 2. Procurement & Tendering Assist in contractor/subcontractor selection and bid evaluations. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.…
