About this role

Position Summary: The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will support the design, configuration, and administration of TDECU's Workday Human resources Information System (HRIS). This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction and act as an integration liaison between vendors and IT. The role collaborates with all areas of People Services (HR Business Partners, People Development, Recruiting, and Total Rewards including Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll) to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the business within Workday.…
