Analyst, Real Estate Capital Advisory & Operations Location: San Diego, CA (in-office) Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary, plus a performance-based quarterly bonus. About the Opportunity MOSO Capital Advisory is a San Diego based advisory firm that helps developers, owners, and investment sponsors raise capital for middle-market commercial real estate across the country. Our work spans senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity, development financing, acquisitions, refinancings, and recapitalizations. We work across asset types, including ground-up development, for-sale and rental housing, self-storage, and land development, so you will see a wide range of deals very early in your career.…
