Fullwiler Construction is a locally owned builder and developer based in Arlington, WA, specializing in townhomes, residential infill projects, custom homes, and select multifamily developments throughout Snohomish and King Counties. We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of projects from ground break through final completion — leading subcontractors in the field while also managing schedules, documentation, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both jobsite leadership and project coordination and wants to work with a tight-knit team where decisions move quickly and quality matters.
