About Schedule: Work from home Monday and Friday; onsite Tuesday–Thursday (required). What the Client Is Looking For: An experienced Senior Packaging Engineer with 7+ years of experience developing and improving packaging solutions in manufacturing, food, consumer products, or related industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, validate, and launch new packaging solutions. Strong expertise in plastic injection molding, mold design, and tooling. Experience with flexible packaging, paperboard, corrugated packaging, and labels. Manage packaging specifications, BOMs, testing, and validation. Improve packaging quality, production efficiency, sustainability, and cost. Work with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams.…
