Job Description 对外：需要与客户建立信任关系，以便获取客户最新的投资计划和产品计划；不仅要跟采购建立关系，还需要跟研发和量产端也要建立关系。 对内：需要获得BU及其他部门的信任，以便协同大家一起做出One TEL共同进退的战略和行动计划； 对招标文件，L/C & D/P，PO，Contract，Paymenterms等商务知识必须具备； 日语流利；沟通能力强； 责任心强；抗压性强； 可对应出差；可对应加班； 熟练使用Excel，PPT等办公软件，略懂一些财务知识
