DETERMINANT SG - Assistant Store Manager

This role is a full business owner for 1–2 stores. This role is a more strategic and business-oriented leader who sets business goals and is responsible for the team’s overall success and budget. Set and drive strategies to achieve store targets; monitor KPI performance (e.g., VPT, UPT, conversion rate, number of returning customers, individual sales achievement rate). Represent DET as a brand image ambassador; implement company directives and ensure the store consistently reflects the brand’s image and standards. Establish a benchmark for customer service excellence; engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
