Sealearn is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lecturer in Maritime Studies to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and industry experience. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, creation and delivery of simulation and practical exercises, research, mentoring and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the institution. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and update curriculum to meet regulatory standards (e.g., IMO/STCW) and industry trends.
