About the role Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We build software that gives employees real control over how they use their benefits. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Product Engagement team and improve how members and employers experience Thatch, from account creation through enrollment. You’ll work on the product surfaces and systems that drive activation and engagement.
