The Change Manager enables successful delivery of change initiatives by helping people prepare for, adopt, and embed new ways of working across processes, systems, and technology. Partnering with project teams and leaders, the role assesses impacts, drives change and communication plans, and supports training to improve readiness, adoption, and minimise disruption Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver change plans for projects and business initiatives using a structured change management approach.
