About this role

Join the HCF Claims team at Parramatta. About the Role As an Ancillary Claims Officer, you will assess and process high volume ancillary claims for our members. You will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team who strive to deliver UnCommon Care to our members. This fast paced role has a strong customer service focus. It is essential that accurate information and exceptional service in provided responding to enquiries raised by internal customers, members, and providers. A thorough understanding of the funds policies and procedures are required. This is a part time , max term contract for 12 months, working three days a week on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Operational hours are 8:30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, based in Parramatta with hybrid working available.…
