Summary Provide strategic leadership and coordination for education, training, and professional development activities across the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) division. Working collaboratively with EMS Division leadership, Medical Directors, and senior paramedic leaders, this role leads the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of division-wide education and training initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for EMS education operations, ensuring alignment of training initiatives with clinical priorities, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
