About this role
Summary Supervise the maintenance operations for multiple MCW buildings. Responsible for proper operation of the automation systems which monitor temperature, ventilation and refrigeration critical to research functions. Primary Responsibilities Manage computerized system operations according to prescribed building requirements. Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel performing electrical and mechanical maintenance. Ensure proper equipment and systems operation, correcting deficiencies through corrective action or recommendation. Monitor control devices through repair, replacement or calibration when required. Respond to alarms/systems emergencies as they occur.…
