Summary Work independently under the direction of the Director of Billing & Collections to manage the activities of professional charge capture and coding. Provide direction and guidance to the team to support operations that maximize revenue, meeting regulatory requirements. Consistently seeks out opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency. This is a primarily remote position, with occasional onsite presence required as needed. Primary Responsibilities Maintain charge capture timelines, including tracking charge lags and follow up. Oversee and manage Epic pre-AR coding, claims and account edits/work-queues.
