Supervisor II Coding Practice Services

Summary Supervises the day-to-day operations of charge capture staff including monitoring workflow, delegating work, especially as it relates to issues concerning charge capture for professional services rendered in multi-specialty medical practice. Completes human resource functions including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations and staff development. Keeping direct contact with the Practice Services Manager II daily as needed. This is a primarily remote position, with occasional onsite presence required as needed.
