***Federal work-study students only*** University Annual Giving & Stewardship in the Office of Engagement is seeking applications for a federal work-study student employee who wants to learn more about fundraising and annual giving at UVA! Job responsibilities: This student will help write direct marketing appeals, impact pieces, and social media posts. Duties will also include editing and proofing drafts, and collecting and writing stories about UVA's alumni, students, faculty, staff, and donors. Other similar duties may be assigned within the Office of Engagement. Qualifications: Strong writing skills, excellent time management, and a curiosity to meet people and learn their stories. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously are also highly valued.…
