About this role

Position Summary The Client Implementations Pre-Onboarding Specialist supports the pre-onboarding and implementation readiness of Financial Institutions (FIs), credit unions, and third-party service providers (TPSPs) adopting The Clearing House (TCH) payment products across multiple payment networks. This is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating pre-onboarding activities following contract execution, guiding clients and TPSPs through onboarding requirements, and ensuring timely completion of implementation readiness milestones. The Specialist partners closely with the Client Implementation Engineers and internal stakeholders to support client engagements, facilitate discussions, and drive successful pre-onboarding outcomes.…
