About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the person who brings order to Thorit's day-to-day bookkeeping — owning accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger end-to-end and building the processes that let the company scale cleanly. This is a hands-on, high-trust role: you'll work closely with our external tax advisor and take real ownership of how bookkeeping runs. This position can also be filled on a part-time basis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation
- Build a documented, repeatable monthly close process where none exists today
- Clean up aged debtor and creditor items and keep OPOS lists current
- Prepare and submit monthly advance sales tax returns (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen) accurately and on time…
