About this role

IT Engineer We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Engineer to join our IT team! If you have a strong service orientation, deep technical expertise across diverse environments (Windows & Mac), and the drive to take end-to-end ownership of endpoint management, security, and cutting-edge IT tools (including AI)- this is the place for you. In this role, you will be responsible for: Primary responsibility is user support and service. Respond to help desk calls, online submittals, walk-ins, and emails in a timely manner. Document help desk resolutions and follow up with users to ensure the resolution is satisfactory.
