About this role
En Toku estamos construyendo una plataforma de agentes conversacionales para resolver problemas complejos de recaudación de nuestros clientes.
Buscamos Product Engineers con mentalidad de founders: personas capaces de entender un problema real, construir un MVP funcional en pocas semanas y validarlo directamente con el cliente antes de escalar la solución.
Este rol combina tres dimensiones muy relevantes: ingeniería de software, pensamiento de producto y cercanía con clientes. Queremos trabajar con personas que disfruten construir productos desde cero, que sepan priorizar con criterio cuando existan cambios y no tengan miedo de experimentar para validar una solución en cuestión de semanas.
