About this role

Supporting the Vienna office for their IT needs, escalating to supporting teams when necessary. The Role Trayport is currently looking for a Desktop Support Administrator to join our team in Vienna. Working alongside an IT Systems Administrator based in Vienna you will be the first point of contact for any on site IT issues that may arise, triaging and escalating issues as and when needed. This is a key role in supporting the business, internal users and maintaining our internal IT systems and requires someone who can work independently whilst following processes, as well as being part of a wider global team.
