The George W. Daverio School of Accountancy in the College of Business at The University of Akron invites applications for a full- time, tenure-track appointment in Accounting at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor , starting in August 202 7 . Both the School of Accountancy and the College of Business are accredited by AACSB-International . Our greatest teaching needs are in taxation. The tenured/tenure track teaching faculty generally have a full range of responsibilities, including teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, research, scholarship, and service to the department, the university and the public.
