Department Brooks College of Health, Advising Compensation $18.84 Hourly General Description/Primary Purpose The Academic Support Specialist provides administrative and student support for advising operations across in-person and online programs. This role serves as a point of contact for students, families, faculty, and staff, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting individual student needs. Job Function Coordinates services, provides referrals to campus resources, and collaborates with university partners to ensure timely, accurate, and student-centered support that promotes student success and retention.
