Job Title: Cash & Collect Assistant Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Bonifacio Corporate Center, Taguig (Hybrid) Duration: 8 Months Job Description: Monitor and manage the AR portfolio to ensure timely collections and minimize past-due balances. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via email, phone, or customer portals. Review and maintain accurate customer account information. Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments. Track daily cash collections and support forecasting activities. Identify high-risk accounts and implement mitigation and escalation measures. Support periodic credit reviews and audits.
