What success looks like in this role: Portfolio Strategy and Innovation Set the vision, strategy, investment priorities, and multi-year roadmaps for the global CAI offering portfolio, aligned with revenue, profitability, market-share, and client-outcome goals. Own each offering’s scope, value proposition, target buyers, business case, lifecycle, release plan, and retirement decisions. Use market, advisor, alliance, startup, client, and win/loss signals to prioritize investments and keep the portfolio differentiated and relevant. Make AI-first the portfolio design principle by embedding AI capabilities into offerings and coordinating features with Global Innovation & Architecture and other AI teams.…
