Job Description Summary This position is responsible for the coordination of all academic programs and student services for the Department of American Studies. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: course scheduling; serving as curriculum manager for all processes in the CourseLeaf Curriculum Management System; serving as the departmental transfers evaluator; assigning graduate student teaching assistant positions, including offer letters; managing office inventory and room reservations; liaising with academic and administrative offices on day to day operations including registration and commencement planning; and participating in recruitment efforts and event planning related to our academic programs.…
